Renate has over 20 years of experience in Marketing consulting, she is a specialist in Market Research, Performance Management and Talent Management – in the development of human potential and strengths.
He graduated from the Marketing Faculty of the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies and has certification in HOGAN Assessment Systems (HPI / HDS / MVPI) and experience in Employee Engagement and Workplace Audits studies.
Collaborations with various language centers in Bucharest (British Council, Flying Colors) revealed his potential for mentoring young people on their way to adulthood.
