Our Promise

Helping Your Child Succeed

At AmSchool, learning starts with the ability to learn anything. In a world full of information, we teach students how to build understanding on their own. Our Learning Triangle connects three essential dimensions of growth: technology and the future, personal development, and academic mastery. It’s how we prepare minds to think beyond patterns and build confidence that lasts.

Learning doesn't happen in isolation. Students work in clusters of 3-5 colleagues, small groups where everyone has space to contribute and be heard. Their differences become an advantage: one explains a concept better, another brings an unexpected perspective, another keeps the team organized. They support each other, check in on one another, and move forward together, not ahead of each other.

The cluster becomes a space built on trust, where asking for help isn't a sign of weakness but part of the process. Students learn to collaborate for real: to listen, negotiate ideas, share responsibilities,  exactly as they will later in university or at work. At AmSchool, the community isn't just atmosphere, it's a learning tool.

Every student at AmSchool builds their own pace. They decide how to structure their day, what goals to set, and when they're ready to take an assessment. There's no single tempo imposed on everyone, there's each student's own tempo, adjusted based on real progress.

This freedom comes with a clear condition: responsibility. Students learn to set their own deadlines, meet them, and manage their time without waiting to be pushed. Autonomy doesn't mean "no rules",  it means the student becomes their own manager, gains real control over their path, and discovers what it feels like to be responsible for their own decisions.

We strongly believe that when a young person leaves school, he needs a set of skills beyond just knowing how to solve a calculation, write an essay, or understand the reason behind a historical conflict.

He also needs the ability to be independent, to make decisions, being aware of the consequences or to have a good time management.

DJ? Game designer? The influencer? There are professions that (still) raise eyebrows. Doctor? Lawyer? Engineer? The same. All children dream. But we give them the opportunity to learn more about the profession that attracts them. Through the 'Majors' system, our students go beyond the tip of the iceberg.

Growth Mindset is a program designed mainly for children and adolescents in our school, but not exclusively. With the help of coordinators and tutors, we have contributed to the consolidation of a Flexible Mindset in three stages: evaluation, development and maintenance. The program supports the idea that intelligence is "malleable" and can always be cultivated through effort, and challenges only indicate new learning opportunities.

The two magic words in the program: “not yet”, remain in the the mentality of our students as a reference to the fact that one can learn anything, at any time, in any way, as long as there is constant involvement.
